Hello, I'm new around here and sorry if this isn't good livejournal ettiquette but Does anyone know I could possibly get hold of 'When you cure me' I am totally addicted to Sam's voice! I have listened to the whole of 'Turing's test' and need something else to tide me over til 'Beautiful People starts again next friday!Many, many thanks in advance

Which song are you talking about? Give me some more deets. I have the soundtrack and if it's off that, I could upload it for you.

Oh, and welcome abroad. We're a tiny, tiny fandom, so there's not too much action going on. But we have awfully lovely authors, and some brilliance to make up. Like they always say, it's quality, not quantity. And that is certainly true for us. Once again, glad to have you with us!

Yeah it um starts at 10.00pm Friday over in bracing,drizzly,wet,cold,miserable old blighty. I hope someone puts it on youtube and you aren't deprived for too long.

I love Sam's voice too! I don't have "When you cure me" - this was a play, not an audio, right?

But I do have "Access Accents" which is a audio of Sam saying various phrases using an American Accent. See link here: http://www.audible.com/adbl/site/products/ProductDetail.jsp?productID=BK_BLOO_000006&BV_UseBVCookie=Yes

Sam's also sings some of the songs on the Bright Star soundtrack. Let me know if you're interested in either of these things.

Hey yeah that's right ah thanks, both would be brilliant and extremely generous of you. I don't know what it is about his voice, its just so soothing. I listened to 'Turing's Test' right before my laser eye surgery and the woman said she hadn't seen anyone so composed and stoic! He has magically healing powers. How are you?

Oops that should be kimandsal@hotmail.com. Also check out the Independent - another radio drama with Sam. This time its about Oscar Wilde. It was very good - I even cried for a bit of it.
