[somewhere in the distance, Fourteenth perks up at hearing the familiar chiming. of course he has to investigate-- there's only one thing he knows that can make chiming sounds like that and still make sense at the same time.

but from this far away, all he can spot is a head of red hair. can't tell if that's Red or Lavi, but it's worth flagging either of them down.]

[It had started flitting towards Lavi, who hefted the hammer up, but at the sound of its master's voice and the song getting closer... Tease lets out a very loud chime that makes even Lavi wince and it starts berating Fourteenth as it flits toward him.

Master! Where was master?! Tease has been looking all over for master ever since not-master said master was here! But all Lavi (and anyone not slightly-insane or musically inclined) hears is a bunch of bells and chimes.]
