I have to write my rough draft for my oratory. My topic is Gay and Lesbian Relationships. I would really appreciate it if I could get views other than my own. Please comment to help me out. Well, God doesn't condone gay relationships, but we can't just hate people because of their sexual orientation. I admit that it makes me squeamish to see a guy kissing a guy or a girl kissing a girl here in Austin (or anywhere, for that matter), although I have seen straight girls kissing other straight girls, in completely platonic ways. Girls are just affectionate like that I guess. I am a bit standoffish about it. It's a little odd for me to see that type of behavior. I am for gay relationships though, because if someone has romantic feelings for one of their own sex and both of them are happy, then more power to them. Like the saying says, they're here, they're queer, get used to it.

I am completely straight, and if it is socially acceptable for me to date a guy, I don't see why any other girl couldn't date another girl without getting crap for it. Ditto for guy and guy.

I could go on, but I don't want you to hate me for leaving a long ass comment. Even though this one is pretty damn long.

i personanly know a few gay and lesbian people, I work with a lesbian and yeah i know them. I dont hate them and I dont hate their life style, I just wish that they knew what they were doing, because in the bible it clearly states that no man is to lay with another man as he is to lay with a woman, and vice versa, I went and had my brother find the addresses of where in the bible it says that God dosent condone homosexual relations, and if you want to use em, here they are, Romans 1:26-27 1 Timothy 1: 9-11 Levitcus 18:22 and 20:13, thats the back up, and also those are three books, and it helps narrow down your reasearch. And by no means am I perfect and I dont do anything against God's will, everyone sins, and he forgives you for it, if you repent so, yeah I too could go on forever, but I gotta go take a dump.
