No, I think it's something very Japanese to say...like they're attached to these kinds of things. It makes sense if you translate in Japanese. Or more of a colloquial thing to say in their place.
I'll try to explain it better next time. And
It's culture thing to say such. English doesn't have that. The same way you can't translate "kilig" LOL.

Oh no...I want to hear Hiro speak Tagalog...
