Enforced vacations

Our company used to have a thingamajig of having some casual leaves and some paid leaves. Casual leaves cannot be carried forward to the next year while some extent of paid leaves can be. A friend of mine currently in his job gets close to 40 or so paid vacation time a year (but this counts Saturdays and Sundays unless u circumvent it by taking

You can only carry forward 21 days.

Thought it was only 20 days but in any case, 20 working days means you can carry forward 4 weeks worth.
