I have only gotten to tagging with MM a few times but she is so mean and I love it and I think you've got that right on.
But Rasiel has always been a little soft, IMO :Ta. Like, the guy was merciless enough to sonar his bro and Fran to death and then was ballsy enough to take on Xanxus, but I'm not really feeling it from your Siel. Maybe turn up the mean and crazy, yeah?

I totally love that you tag back so quickly because it means we get to make the most of our not so fun time differences. Seriously. I also love how clever your Bel is and that you avoid playing him as a creepy sexual deviant. You know, because he isn't one - leave that to Mama. Keep it up because your Bel is so IC and I love stalking his threads.
But I think you should probably try and use more varied userpics while tagging not only because it can get a little boring looking at the same icon over and over again but because sometimes it can be a little hard to work out exactly how Bel's feeling from a tag since the userpic hasn't really changed throughout the thread. Even using a different smiling icon more often for when he's happy which is most of the time would make a huge difference.

I know it's hardly a secret, but I thought I'd just tell you properly, o-okay >__>;;
I mean, he's just the right amount of nerves and awkward teenager all balled up into this weird, kind of lanky body. I like that you put emphasis on his love of exciting things, because it makes him a lot more realistic and deeper than just a classic music loving nerd. Your Shouichi is so driven by his ambition, which is so cool because the one in the manga was a little out in the deep end of the swimming pool but he got there because he was willing to put in the hard work and stuff, and he's very professional about his work (when he's not sleeping on the job haha). I just think that you play him exactly how he'd be if he was a teenager, in a high school, always getting hit on by his two friends /shrugs
BUT OMG HE TOTALLY KISSES PEOPLE WHO AREN'T HIS BOYFRIEND WHAT A WHOOOOORE.

The way you play Spanner is positively adorkable, and his characterisation is spot-on. <3
The one thing I'd comment on is that it'd be nice to see moar robots/tinkering. Spanner's one of the few characters not affected by the universe!shift, and his mad!curiosity (Shouichi: here! Have this shiny weapon-thing! :D Spanner: Thanks. *dissects*), and complete lack of common sense in the face of said curiosity (Spanner: hey, Vongola! Helping you will totally get me killed, but, I really want to see your attack completed, so, I'll do it anyway! :}) haven't made as many appearances as they could. Granted, "improving" their cafeteria's industrial ovens, or messing with the elevator to see how it worked may put his life in danger, but, that's never matter to him before, right? XD
Byaku-chan, stop trying to shift the blame. The fact that Spanner doesn't enjoy sex with you moar is entirely your fault. Obviously.
