Your app looks good. So now I'll ask you to give me a sample of your Yami no Malik/Marik (the name thing is up to you, I'll assume you want to use Malik). If you would please, type me a short first-person POV "journal entry". A decent sized paragraph should do it.

Also, how familiar are you with neopets.com? Have you ever had an account there, etc.? I'm just making sure you're aware that we do most of our chatplaying on that website. O:

Sure thing, just one question, how canon do you want me to be? Because I fear my Yami no Malik is slightly fanon as I try not to make him as psychotic and out of control as the manga/anime.

And yup, familiar with Neopets. Used to play on there loads but I slowly forgot about it ^^;;

Hm. Our last Yami no Malik was really toned down; the mun did not reference violence at all, she made him more perverted and more of a slut, I guess.

In all honesty, while I would like a canon YnM, if yours is slightly toned down I don't think I would have a huge problem with it. I mean, there are times when I'm not perfect as Kaiba but it's inevitable because we're not perfect replicas of the characters. So how about you show me what you have and then I'll evaluate from there?

Thanks for applying! Everything checks out, so now I just have to ask you about two things. The first is for you to give me a sample of your Mai so I can judge how in-character you are. I would like to see a short first-person POV "journal entry". One decent paragraph is all that is needed.

The second would be: how familiar are you with neopets.com? Have you ever had an account there, etc.? This is quite important considering we do most of our rp-ing over there.

Bitch.
It was the first compliment I recieved after winning my first match in Duel Monsters. Harsh? Most definitely, but I couldn't argue with the word...you can't hate someone for telling the truth. I would rather be a bitch then a damsel in distress, waiting around for some big mouth loser to come save me. Please, its hardly my style...guys are only good for two things in my book and saving me is not one of them. I live my life by rules...my way always. No friends, no lovers, and no heroes. Innocence doesn't exist in this world, everyone has a motive...a reason they play the game. I just happen to be more upfront about mine then most. Expensive clothes and shoes, fast cars, and high priced make-up. Is there anything more? Not for me.

Now the next thing for you to do would be to make a neopets account. The instructions for how to do this are listed under the FAQ section of our profile. For your username, since it has to have something to do with your character, I'd like to approve it first. I can help you think of one if you aren't having any luck.

Also, this is not entirely necessary but it is very helpful; do you have an MSN or AIM screen name that we can contact you by? It helps us make sure that we make boards when the maximum number of people are online.
