Honestly, my first thought on seeing the guy was "Woah, he looks like a total player." You know, one of those guys who's only real intention of studying abroad in Asia is to play around with Asian women. :/

I have no idea what such a person should look like. I remember, however, being accused of exactly this before and being offended by it, because it wans't true at all. On the other hand, a bit of cynicism is always in order.

Let's just say it's a woman's intuition. True, it may be 'judging a book by it's cover' but I'm sure it's saved us women plenty of times from hooking up with the wrong guy. :P However, based on what this guy later later said, I don't think I'm too far off the mark on this one.
