Just in case, here's how I do it:
Method 1: feel yourself floating on a raft or some other soft but solid surface. You're in a pool, a warm pool with the sun shining down on you. You're just floating along, enjoying yourself, hearing the chirping birds and the occasional fish splashing. All is peaceful, so you close your eyes to just drift.

Move to your ankles, feel them tingle and relax. Now your calves, then your knees, your thighs, and so on. Go as slow as you need, but make sure you feel the tingle in every tiny part before you move on. If you're anything like me, you might have to do this twice.
