Tom Cruse. Untill recently, I was indifferent. The man is a sex symbol (to some) and a "hero" in American films. Being who I am, and not an abid American Film liker, I was mostly indifferent about him. Untill I saw on the news, and on other shows, what really goes on in his head. His discussion from psychology to medication and the belief that depression doesn't exist to him, brought to light why I tend to stray from his films altogether
Tom Cruse has no idea what he's talking about, so shut up. Ok, so he's a 'scientologist', if you want to call him that still, or what ever. So? I am a shintoist. I don't go prancing around teaching shintoistic ways, nor do I flaunt it to everyone I know and the world wide media. I know I am not an American film star, but it gives him no right to pretend to be something and know things, he doesn't. ESPECIALLY WORLDWIDE. This isn't a fucking film. This is reality. In reality, people with depression and other psychological issues DO exist, and they DO get help. He should seek some.
This bullshit he sprouts about "Do you know about psychology? No you don't, but I do. There is nothing wrong with people, but they get medicine and sell it on the black market...."

Yeah, I admit some people do. Same goes with anything... weither it be painkillers, antidepressants, riddilin, crack... anything you can get out there will get out there... that is no secret. Does that mean people can't be in pain? They can't be sick in any way; mentaly or physically, because some people choose to abuse it? I don't understand what he's talking about. Gah.
He knows nothing of psychology. I am no where near as bad as psychological problems get, but I live in hell. I can't sleep at night, do to deamons the likes of which he can never fathom, so I am on sleeping pills... since it was to a point where I was going to break. I couldn't exist from day to day. That isn't a problem, Mr. Cruse? You, a big fabulous movie star has no right telling people what is and is not wrong with them. I am 'sick', Mr. Cruse, and I will nto have the likes of YOU telling me otherwise. I got treatment for my 'illness' and am quite proud to say I am still here writing this rant, despite the horrid truth that I am becoming an alcoholic and abused painkillers... all because of an 'illness' you claim doesn't exist.
This isn't a movie, this is life. You should take time out, shut your mouth, and realize that there are millions of actors in this world. You act in movies, we act every day so noone will turn on us. Most of us hide our illness and try to make it in the real world. You couldn't last ONE DAY in my shoes. Seeing what I see... fighting what I fight. You can't. Kiss my ass.
I will never see one of Mr. Cruses movies till he :1. Appologises, or 2. I spit on him.
The man is scum for saying what he said and making accusations to his knowledge on international television he can never back up.
