I am so glad to know that things are mostly back to normal for both of you. I know exactly how he feels about the driver's license, though. Driving is my favourite thing to do in the whole world and I know I won't be able to do it much longer. It feels like I am losing a huge chunk of my independence and what makes me *me* I just hope that when the time comes when I can't safely drive anymore, my husband and I can deal with it together like you and he have done, rather than cope with the change independently and let it push us apart.
*really big hugs*
As terrifying as things were just a few weeks ago, it fills my heart with pure joy to imagine the two of you walking through a sunlit garden or down a sunny lane and just enjoying being with each other. I can't imagine many moments in life as beautiful as those.
Thankyou, for the hugs. X He is great, so positive about the future.
I'm sorry to hear you won't be able to drive much longer, i know you have a wonderful husband too, i have read all the lovely things you write about his love and support through your bad times, i'm sure he will be there for you. *really big hugs back*
