Can't you just say you did not recieve a notice, and would like to sue them?

Sometimes, this works. Make them feel like you can obligate them to the cost of the tow. But, you will still need the previous owner!

W/e. I have already paid them. Adrienne lent me the money. I debated sueing them, but just figured that I have seen enough court houses to kill me. And, I dont know what they judge would say considering my suspended license, and failure to appear for court (which really wasnt my fault, I wasnt notified). But, its all good. I will just have to pay Adi back the money. And I have DEFINATLY learned my lesson about responsibility! Thats all that really matters.
I'm trying to NOT look at this as another horrible thing gone wrong in my life. Its not the worst that can happen; but a big bummer for shizzle.
