I agree with you a million percent. you should be friends with whoever you fucking want to be and unless your other friends have a damn good reason that you shouldnt be (for instance he's a serial killer) then they should shut up. Well actually, they are your friends and should advise you, but its still good to not base your life on what your friends tell you to do. And people who arent your friends should keep out of it. I guess im not really your friend (at least not the kind who can tell you what to do) but you asked me to comment ;).
On another note. Hippies vs Hicks is so stupid. No one is totally a hick and no one is a real hippie. And why should you hate someone you have never talked to because they listen to a different kind of music and have different political veiws. Seriously folks, we need to grow up. Thank you hannah. So honestly i dont know why we have to categorize Hanah or anyone for that matter. if she wants to be friends with this colin kid, whys it gotta be such a big deal. I cant really talk about this much becuase I dont really know her that well and I dont know this colin kid you speak of at all but from what I know of hannah shes totally a free spirit and wicked cool so, So what if she wants to be friends with someone out of her "group". Coming from one "treehugger" to another, I completely understand what you are going through. No, I never had the oppurtunity to have a positive relationship with my "hick enemy (jason battey), but I think it might've been for the better. We live in a community, no matter how amazing it is, where there are these two sides; the "hicks" and the "hippies". I'm using quotations around everything because they are just stereotypes, which can be based on truth or completely fictional. Anywho, back on me ranting about Northampton.
