- Last night someone said Wyclef sucked. That upset me. What upset me even more is when i asked him what he thought sucked about Wyclef he told me the one song he'd ever heard Wyclef in was Hips Don't Lie w/ Shakira. UGH

I don't really like Wyclef either. I think he's a good producer, but, I dunno. Part of it is just his ego. I'll take Lauryn over Wyclef any day, though.

It's like, track 2 or something on his first solo album, though, I really like. I wish I had that beat.

yeah, ok, i hear ya. he IS a good producer. i'm not too impressed with his solo stuff either, but he's got a couple great songs. i think i like him so much because i dunno, i saw the fugees as like this upstopable force of awesomeness. yeah, pras, kinda sucks at spittin. wyclef is a little full of himself. but man, that shit was dope. and yeah, totes, i'd take Lauryn anyday!

and yeah, it was the fact that this kid hadn't heard any of his stuff. that kinda behavior really grinds my gears.

Yeah, people should just know what they're talking about before they talk smack. That's like being all, "I hate Mos Def because he was mediocre in the film Brown Sugar" or... was it Love Jones. I don't even remember. It's just ign'ant.

Yeah, what the hell, Wyclef? Remember when those mofos were just the hottest shit ever? Actually, what happened to that Fugees comeback album? Did that even ever come out?
