I just don't get it. When I moved into the dorms at UAMS, I asked if there was recycling, and I was told, no, will there ever be. Okay. I guess I was spoiled at undergrad where people were chastised to no end if they didn't recycle. It was deserved considering there was a recycling bin for every square meter of the campus. LOL.... it's funny to read a post like this from Germany, because it seems like it could be from Mars. In our apartment building there is a neighbor that seems to know what everyone throws away and is quick to tell you if you sorted incorrectly. I mean, recycling/sorting garbage seems to come as naturally to Germans as paying taxes and smoking.
