Under advice from my mother, I didn't go anywhere today.  The winter storm they've been predicting is hitting us, and since I don't have to work today, she told me just to stay home and not risk the weather or bad roads.  (Even though my brother insists everyone's completely overestimating this storm

Imagine trying to stay in touch if we didn't have wonderful things like LJ to keep each other up to date? Thank goodness for the internet!

We would definitey love for you to visit the little guy! I'll talk to Danielle about a Mardi Gras party and see what she thinks. I know it won't quite be the same with the little guy, but that just means one of us needs to stay sober, which isn't a bad thing anyways. :D

You've one upped me now on the road to teaching. I still need to take that damn CPR class. The one I planned to do got cancelled, so now I'm waiting until the health teacher at the school gets her retraining next week, so she can certify me the following week. I'll be happy once this is done and my app is submitted.
