I have finally found my car!!!! I LOVE it! A 2003 charcoal gray Pontiac Vibe! Only 32,000 miles on it, and rated as a "Very Good" car by Consumer Reports, listed as a Recommended Buy. The advantage to this car is that it is twin to the Toyota Matrix. It has a Toyota engine! Perhaps this is the reason the car is so highly rated

We also bought a car, but it's a 1992 Buick Regal. Ya, it's really old, but it runs better than the 2000 Dodge. We just need something to keep us going until I know where I'll be.

That's more good news. Went to the GVSU job fair yesterday, and one school is definitely interested and said I would be getting a call for a second interview. Another school just called me today and scheduled an interview. Both schools look ideal for me!

Wow, how cool! Good luck! I don't think you'll have a problem finding a job in MI. They need math teachers the most. You'd get one instantly out of state too though.

I'm super excited to get my car! I put down a deposit on it yesterday, and I'm definitely getting it. yay!!! Even S can't talk me out of it. He likes it too, but thinks I could probably get it for cheaper. I said ok, we can try and knock them down a little bit more, but honestly, I don't think we'll be too successful, since the price was already knocked down $1000 and the dealer is very reputable. I talked with another employee here who bought his car from there, and he was really happy with the dealer and the car. Anyhow... sometimes you're willing to pay a little more for the thing you love most, and I don't mind. ;)
