So what happens when Lost and Firefly meet and have a child that is raised by Wash and plays with his dinosaur toys?
This makes me want to see the show. Almost.
I'm a member of the Jack and Gwen community, and set up my LJ yesterday (I'm really new, still haven't figured out anything), just so you're not like, "Who is this crazy person?"
I saw the Playboy Club season premiere last week, and I liked it. I'll admit, I watched for Sean Maher, but liked the rest of it. It's good fun, and you don't have to think too hard, which I like. People are saying it's dehumanizing(?) women, but it was the 60's. I haven't done a lot of research on the era, but I think women were still pushing for equality, even though they had the right to vote.
(Which Jack/Gwen comm? I adore Torchwood, but haven't been active in fandom much lately. And Welcome! New voices are always appreciated in these parts.)
I've seen a bunch of interesting commentary on Playboy Club that has me interested, but I suspect it's going to be a binge fandom, not a weekly one for me. Ie, I'll watch everything at once then forget about it for a while.
I found you on jack-and-gwen.livejournal.com. Have no idea how to link to it, sorry.
I think I may follow Playboy Club, but I hate watching TV live (I'll usually catch it online after the links are up. This may also have something to do with the fact I don't know how to use my cable box), so I'll be following it online, but it seemed interesting.
I gave up on House a few years back. Couldn't deal with how horrible it was getting, so I haven't watched since close to the beginning of s6, I think it was.
And I'm slowly getting into NCIS:LA. I've watched a few, and have downloads of s1/2, but haven't gotten very far with it.
I'm not much into the performance reality shows, so I have no interest in Xfactor.

Also, much love that you're a Castle fan as well.

X Factor?
I can't keep track of everything I watch, either. My DVR just tells me when it is time to watch something lol.
