What's your favorite cliche?

Oh, wow. That's a hard one to answer, because I can't stand cliches, and once I see a trope develop in a fandom, I tend to go out of my way to write the opposite (See today's H50 entry where, contrary to popular belief, Steve bottoms.)

That said, I'm a total sucker for a good Harlequin fic, no matter what fandom it's in.
