Your Lana is amazing. Every facet you've shown of her, from her relationship with Sam to the darker aspects of her relationship with Lex. It's beautiful. ;-;

I think what I love most about the way you play her--and this could be said of your other characters--is that, like Steph said, they step outside of their supposed comfort zones and yet you still keep very true to them and do their characters justice. I love keeping up with her and Ruby.

LOVE IS GOOD.

I purposely try to step outside the box with my characters for two reasons.

One: I love to explore every aspect ever of them, because layers are awesome. I get ridiculously excited and flail over the layers. I think maybe that's why I keep choosing characters who have run out of canon. I guess I feel freer that way?

Two: I feel like if I don't, they'll just be these shallow, bland, cookie-cutter things. I never want to be that, and I certainly don't want the characters I love to be, either. Which might also explain my choice in characters, because it seems like I choose a lot of secondary or otherwise under-appreciated characters.

I happen to think you are incredible with the way you play your muses. I really love them. I don't think you give yourself enough credit. Mine would love to play with Lana more, but they also love the ones they get. Dean finds Red very refreshing, and there's a sweetness about her that just surrounds her. I love your different Ruby's and how you find each of their voices. I love Lois and her banter with Dean.

I'm going to shake things up a bit from my usual screaming over your Ruby and instead compliment girl!Sam. I would compliment Lana instead but I don't know Smallville so ... deal. I'm sure if I did, I'd be omg-ing over her, too.

I love that she's still always really identifiably Sam in how she reacts to stuff (or, evil!Sam in the case of BNW) but instead of just genderswapping, you've done the thing that I'm really nitpicky about in genderswaps and actually changed her gender identity, which is awesome. ♥

I know this isn't exactly concrit but I figure since I gave specifics as to what you're doing right instead of just OMG I LOVE YOUR ___ it almost counts.
