I really love your Ivan. Really really, probably too much love him. He's a little less 'cute' then in canon, a much scarier and more often sort of thing. But I like it. He also seems to have intelligence when some players tend to make him kinda dumb. Plus I just enjoy the freaky insane action/thought tags.

I've been considering this for a while -- I remembered I gave you some half-crit a few months back and was attempting to find something new and constructive to say -- but I really can't come up with anything creative or beneficial.

Crit first: I do think it would be wonderful to see you interacting with more people than the standard Commie Club, but that's really my selfish desire to see more of you/different situations involving Russia than anything to do with characterization. Though I think there's an awful lot to be said for the practice multiple and varied interactions can give!

I think sometimes, in the crackier circumstances, Russia tends to play the 'straight man' of the tsukkomi/comedy duo. I.e. I notice he sometimes slips into a very dulcet/serious tone, sober. This is really intriguing and a pretty awesome contrariness to add to the crazier situations that arise in the DR, not to mention a refreshing take on Russia's different attitudes, but once or twice I have a hard time imagining Russia actually being so calm sans

Haha, that's is actually something that I resolved to do a while ago. Putting Russia in with new characters and situations would definitely help me get a better feel for Ivan, and the last thing I want to do is look elitist/start a clique or something (oops too late). I love everyone, really! It's just that I'm little short on time at the moment/the inspiration is not striking me >_>;;

I will assume that I know what you're talking about and put it much less eloquently as being OOC? XD; I initially started playing the way I did because the fanon, sing-song-y Russia annoyed me a bit, so thanks for catching that I'm going a little too far in the opposite direction. I'll try to be more unhinged more often! /o/
