I'm sorry that I can't be more specific, but there's just something that feels a little 'off' about your Devit. It's not some big thing like "OMG HOW COULD YOU DO THAT IT IS SO AGAINST CANON" but more like little things? He just doesn't really feel like the Devit we all know and love in canon sometimes, and that makes me sad. Also this is very hit-and-miss, too. There's times where you're perfect with him and times when it feels like a really watered-down version of him.

Also I feel bad, because you play a good Hyuuga, but you got caught up in the 07 ghost cast drama.

NAH, even non-specific stuff is appreciated. And I think I know what you mean, so I thank you for commenting! I think I know what some of the problem is, too--my energy has been really low lately and he hasn't been bouncing around as much, and I find it a lot easier to maintain his voice when I throw him at new people and situations, which I haven't been doing. :|a I'm going to try this (I may also drop some characters lol my balance) and hopefully that will help. My energy should be getting better now that apps are done with and I'm on a break, and once I lighten my load. So IF THIS DOESN'T HELP then kick me in crit or next time this comes around and we can talk about it some more. Thank you ♥ And I'm glad he's good at least sometimes!

OH ALSO--part of Devit's being watered down and so on, especially lately, has to do with Jasdero leaving. He is still getting over that (this is also related to DRAMU as the below anon pointed out) and I thought it would be OOC to rush it, but I also don't want it to . . . make it so I'm not playing "Devit" anymore, so I will work with this as he gets better about the situation.

It's extremely hard for me to thread with Devit and Hyuuga because they're usually caught up in some kind of drama. When they're not, I feel like I can't thread with you either because you either don't tag with them or your comments seem to be restricted to only a few people.

But I agree with the above anon about Devit. Sometimes it feels like you really have him, sometimes it feels like it's just kind of him. Overall, your Hyuuga is great, but I feel like parts of him are sacrificed for the sake of sometimes bringing Ayanami/Hyuuga and Hyuuga/Konatsu into a more physical realm in threads. But you're not the only one in the cast (or in Camp, for that matter) that does this, so I wouldn't say it's solely your fault.

AHHHHH I know. Sob! Thank you for commenting--as I said to the above anon, I think the problem is energy for me lately. I really haven't been tagging a lot and when I do it's because someone is kicking me. I've felt really bad lately about Hyuuga only threading with Konatsu etc. because I don't in any way want that to become THE ONLY THING ABOUT HIS CHARACTER--I don't even want it to be a MAJOR thing about his character. It's just that Konatsu's player pokes me about threads (IF YOU'RE READING THIS, KONATSU, I DON'T MIND THAT AT ALL, KEEP DOING IT) so I end up threading with her, and then I'm like "Oh okay I played him for 100 comments this week!" and--forget to throw him out in general XD

So as I said above, and this applies to both Hyuuga and Devit, I'm going to try and up my activity again and throw them both into more new/general stuff and hopefully this will help them both, as I've noticed it has in the past. If it doesn't, please poke me again, either here or in PM or email, my crit post, anything! Thank you for the

I mean I get what you're saying, that of course you don't want to jump me for a thread if I'm like MAKING OUT WITH SOMEONE OR CRYING XD But like I said, I'm resolving to do less of that in an attempt to make them (especially Devit) more "right," so what I'm saying is that whenever you see me around in a post as I plan to be, please jump me so we can thread ♥

I don't really have any icons on this account that make me not look like an asshole.

Hey, you don't know me, but I just wanted to stop by to tell you that I love reading your essays about Devit. I play him elsewhere, and when I came across your journal, I had to look. I was totally blown away by the fact that we have such similar thoughts about him!

Aside from being paranoid that someone will compare me to you and think I'm stealing your characterization (I SWEAR I'M NOT; I HAD NO IDEA YOU EXISTED UNTIL A WEEK OR SO AGO), I'm so pleased to see that someone has, like, almost the exact same ideas on Jasdevi as I do. I mean... seriously. From the way they relate to each other to how they function as a single being.

If I had the time and CFUD didn't scare me so much, I would totally try to give you a Jasdero. Keep on rocking. <3

and thank you ahhh ♥ sob it is nice to see. I mean I have nothing against fans or players who ship Jasdevi or have alternate headcanon, or whatever. But it is hard to find people who don't think of them sexually, I think. XD Among other things! (But especially that, for some reason.)
