Honestly, I have very little in the way of criticism to add; I love the depth you've given Zagreus, the way you've expanded upon his character, the penchant for lyric and rhyme, and the weird, weird relationships he's developed with people at the comm. *is a TARDIS/Zagreus 'shipper, yes*

Honestly though, he's brilliant, and I love how you've managed to like, actually make him, you know, playable. Also, congrats on actually understanding wtf happened in that audio, because I sorta still like, need to sit down with my Big Finish bffs one day and get them to tell me what happened. Though I don't think they even know. Um. What was I saying? Oh, right, I need to remember to have Eight yell at him moar.

Zagreus is really creepy but I love him!

You always know that someone plays a character well because you can hear that character's voice in your head as you're reading their stuff and that's exactly what happens with Zagreus. I love reading his stuff in the parties and I love his snark with the TARDIS.

I honestly don't think you could improve on this character. You're RPing him rather perfectly in my opinion (I know this was suppose to be constructive criticism but whatever).
