The third of fourteen song lyrics/poems I'm trying to write this month. I'm having a lot of fun and with this song... I can almost hear a melody.

Like the previous song I posted, this one is from the point of view of one of my original characters. The source of power for this character, Elliot Moore, is his dreams. During them, he can divine the truth or see the future. He’s from the same universe as Cain and Gabriel.

Across a violet sky.
I watch the world pass by below;
I’m forced to wonder why.
