When I was little I used to throw stale bread in the canal out behind my dad's house for the fish, and for a mallard duck. We don't really see those guys around here anymore. its weird how we always feel like those little quirks will always be around.. like eckerds, portables, and migratory fowl. i had one of those. a blue heren in the keys. he was blind and his name was fred.

yeah, aside from those random things from our childhood that we remember 10 years down the road, i've really noticed how much boca especially has changed since i was growing up... everything's become bigger, more grandiose, and less authentic..
