Sometimes she looks at her brother and she sees the memory in his eyes as he looks back, and she wishes she could wrap her arms around him and tell him it isn't his fault.

I did. And she feels this way regardless. Really, while she knows in a direct cut and dry way, that he caused her to be this, but it's not so much his fault. As he couldn't help who he was and he didn't know what effect the action would have on her. She doesn't like him feeling that way about it.

Only when she's at the lowest of her lows will she consider that if he had never bit her...but she wouldn't ever verbalize it to him.
