I haven't seen all that much of Hellsing, so idk what their vampire powers are. :0

It would be a one way thing for now as she still hasn't taken the final step needed to fully develop her powers, and that's not likely to ever happen here at C&C.

She does have a third eye though that allows her to see through illusions and break their effect on her.

Illidan is a half-demon, and yes, he can totally sense him out, but Illybeans will probably be able to feel him coming from a mile away

Would either of them be able to sense Strange feeling them out? I know Scathach is mega-old, so...

Scatty might be able to sense it in the vague "oh someone is looking at the back of my head" kind of way, and Gemma would definitely be able to sense it.

She's Homo Magi and he can sense her, as long as she's not trying to be known. She has been described as "...like having oral sex with an electrical socket," hurr hurr. So enjoy that.

Yukina is an ice apparition. It's...technically a type of demon, but she's not from hell and her race isn't evil. They're kind of just an isolated all female race that lives on a giant chunk of ice.

But he's welcome to sense that she's not human.

He'll probably figure she's from some different (unearthly) dimension and wonder what the heck she's doing here more so than most other people.
