Sooooo hey Reilly has been transformed into a demon by Zarathos! (Which I guess would make him sort of a Ghost Rider if you think about it?) And used to host an old dead Matt soul, before he got himself landed in the City.
Spidey is not a mystical character although he seems to get dragged into otherworldly dimensions often enough, thanks Stephen but he is currently being protected by a spell which Strange himself put on him! And before that he had his reality mucked about with by a demon. Details here. Anyway, s'up to you whether Doc can detect these perturbations to Spidey's aura or what have you.
Tim here is a ridiculously powerful magician. If he weren't fourteen and clueless, he would be something like a Sorcerer Supreme. So feel free to have Strange sense him. And Tim would probably be able to sense him in turn.
Marceline is a ~magical~ vampire with vaguely-defined necromancy powers! And her dad is like... some kind of supreme evil demon thing? It was a pretty hardcore episode for a cartoon show ngl, he sucks people's souls out of people and everything. So she is... part-demon I guess, sob don't look at me it's a kid's show, tl;dr she would probably stand out if they ever interact.
Also Lust is a homunculus built around a core of screaming human souls which might, idk, be a slight tip-off or something.
