hello friend of chloe, sorry it took so long to get back to you. The code is below, and if you want the backround to stay and not move, where it says BACKGROUND-ATTACHMENT leave it as "fixed" but if you want it to move when you scroll, put "not-fixed". Then put this code somewher, and and change the number according to how big your backround is.
