...The joys of a twelve year old's mind, huh? ;-) I just got back from confirmation camp - for those who don't know, confirmation is when seventh and eighth graders affirm their baptism. When they're babies their parents make that decision for them, and when they get confirmed they're saying, yes, I do want Jesus Christ in my life. So this week ( Read more... )

I didn't know that's what it was about. I've never heard of that before! I got baptised and that was it, lol.

Not all churches do confirmation, anyway....I'm Lutheran, but I think there are even some Lutheran churches that don't have confirmation. And I know some of my friends who are other denominations never had to go through confirmation either. =P But yeah, it's basically about affirming your baptism. I probably did a crummy job explaining it, hehe, but that's the general idea. =)
