Cincinnati Street Pianos, Day 3

Not sure how well this will work, but I uploaded a few of the pics Wee Hob took tonight on our piano pilgrimage to the Purple People Bridge and Sawyer Point. I tried a cut, but it didn't work. So far, I have played at least one piano every day. The one under the bridge at Sawyer Point had great acoustics, and the instrument itself was in decent ( Read more... )

It's been a while since I've popped in and said 'hi' (I'm often reading on my mobile these days), but I had to say that these are awesome pictures!

That is just so cool that there's a piano under a bridge for anyone to play.

And the photos are so lovely. The last is especially is stunning. The way the light hits you and the piano...it's almost like a spotlight. The pronounced shadow gives it such a wonderful three dimensional feel. It certainly looks like Wee Hob has an eye for photography! :)

Wee Hob is not a bad photographer -- and those pianos look like the coolest thing ever!

Plus? look at that! you and I have virtually identical wardrobe ... :-)

Heh. Now I have a new Red t-shirt similar to the "Play me I'm Yours" button I'm wearing. I won the drawing for it at the kickoff event downtown (possibly by being one of 20 people to sign up for it), and they sent me a large, which I now can wear again after losing some weight! I'll post some pics later. Wee Hob is burning up my iPhone with his photos.
