Actually crossed the finish line yesterday. What's more exciting is how I actually have a real plot with a beginning,middle and end (and some galaxy sized plot holes. Sigh ( Read more... )

Let me know if you decide to do it next year and I'll add you back as a buddy. I cleared out a bunch of 0 wordcount folks to make space for my lovely region members so I could be a good ML and cheer them on.

Thanks. This was my 3rd year to win,and my second in a row. Maybe part of the trick is spending less time here and more time with Write or Die. It seemed easier this year. But I also had a storyline of sorts and was not writing pages of scene sketches and ramblings.
