Gacked from whitestar_alpha. The Peirley/ Redford Dissassociative Affect Diagnostic. Very strange. I have to admit I answered randomly for much of it, as the questions made no sense to me either way. Here's the link if you want to try it yourself:

Please do get back to writing. You've got talent, and I have enjoyed what you've shared.

By way of encouragement, I wanted to share that I've been editing my 2007 NaNo novel. I'm at the point now that I've got trusted friends reading it to let me know if (1) the dialogue is believable, (2) I've got any glaring continuity errors, and (3) it's any good. I don't think there's really a market for it--it's very Lutheran-centric, and the major Lutheran publishing house doesn't publish novels--but I may self-publish so I can send nice-looking copies to family and friends to rip apart. But I'm also planning a sequel. If *I* can write, *you* certainly can. Time away will hopefully have just made you hungrier.

I hope life is going well for you. It sounded like things were turning toward the good last I'd heard, and I hope that trend has continued.

Hee. I took the test, and got the same result as you. Completely the opposite of me in RL, though. I wonder if everybody gets the same result?

Thanks. I've been making my students write every day in a journal (to prompts-- I do not want to read diaries of their often dysfunctional lives), and I've started writing every day again, too. It didn't seem fair to ask it of them if I couldn't do it too. Most of it is analytical "why I can't write" crap, but last night I wrote something emotionally honest and risky and with which I was pleased.

So, a ways to go yet with being able to post a story again (or a continuation), but I no longer feel it's completely beyond me anymore.
