I was actually refering to the romantic kind of love. I agree with you in that you need some for of love or passion to live.

you cant live without love, because the only thing that makes human lives more significant in the scheme of things than animal lives is love... so we're only animals without it, and it's not really worth living.. hmm i dunno if i agree with that though

i think life can be lived without love (well the romantic kind that is, if there is no love, there is no life) but love is certainly amazing. there are people who go their lives without a partner and there are times when being single is a nice freedom to have, but i think in the end everybody wants someone to love. the desire can get so strong that it becomes unhealthy, but its always there. i really dont know, im only 18 so i have no idea really, i guess you just go with where life takes you, thats all you can do. if you find someone, then i think life is definitely better, but it is possible to live without someone as well.
