This is jsut rediculous. Something similar is happened in California last year as well. Basically some school districts have been putting stamps on books that warn that evolution is theory not fact when it comes to the origins of life. This is absolutely 100% true. Evolution is a theory, but it's the only one that doesn't require a belief in a higher power, and that's what the ACLU is really nitpicking on. It's true that evolution should NOT be taught as the gospel, but it should be taught as science, complete with questioning its validity. And, in the sense that there is no other theory that doesn't invoke g/God, that's the only one that should be taught. You of all people should be able to see that.

Atomic theory? Quantum theory? The Big Bang theory? You start picking on evolutionary theory and you end up with "God said let there be light".
