The Dallas cops who issue the most tickets (including traffic and otherwise) and get the most arrests are being given $50 gift cards as part of some Christmas program. So everyone needs to be careful while in Dallas. People are already complaining about getting tickets for things like going 57 in a 55, which is unheard of in Dallas
