Night before last, my dad put three snap traps behind the dryer to catch a rat, and it worked, but the rat didn't actually get caught in it. Instead, it sustained a massive head wound and ran frantically around in circles (there are little bloody pawprints to prove it) until it bled to death outside the bathroom door. And then the blood soaked into the plywood floor and my dad threw the rat out in the morning. I'm procrastinating going to take a shower down there, because I don't really want to step over the deadness.
Anyone else think we should put in the real floor now?
