Life - Is an inappropriate word to begin an essay with, for it inspires nothing but contempt on the reader’s part for the pompous ass posing as author who thinks he knows what life is. It's always about negative space with you. You define everything by what it isn't. It isn't life, It isn't about causes, It isn't about getting by, It isn't about family, It isn't about love, and so on.

I was going to make a joke about how you never take your film (negatives) to be developed, but it wasn't very funny.
