Oh, this looks fascinating! I was just having a discussion with some people the other day about whether or not one could successfully modernize Milverton. This looks like a great start on the problem.

Is there any chance this is on Archive Of Our Own? I sat down and highlighted, copied, pasted each and every chapter, and created a pdf in order to put this on my Nook, and something got messed up in the formatting and every other page is in itsy tiny font I'm straining my eyes to read. So, I had to give up on reading it over my Christmas holiday, and was bummed. :( But AO3 has a download thingy-whatser that's supposed to format it correctly, only I can't seem to find this story on AO3. Sometimes I can't get their search function to show me things I'm pretty sure ARE there, though.

No, sorry, it's not on Ao3. :\ I mean... I can probably like -- send you a word document or (if I can figure it out) a pdf file, if you want, and are comfortable giving me your email address or something... But that's the most I can offer. I don't have an account over there, though I've been considering the idea, so it's not up. I'm sorry the formatting being's rude, but yeah, the most I can offer is just... sending you the raw files from my computer, I guess? Sorry, this isn't super helpful... (But I'm flattered you actually still want to read it, and haven't just said 'fuck it' and decided to forget about it! :D)

Oh, don't worry, I just hoped it was already over there and I was just missing it. It should be, so other people will have a chance to see it! :) But I will figure it out, I'm determined I WILL get to read this story. ;) What I have managed to read has been great! :)

So... I guess your comment was a tipping point, because I joined Ao3. >.> For your convenience. (It should all be all right... I skimmed it for formatting errors and the like, as I posted it, but I didn't read it intensely, so something may still have slipped past... But let's hope for the best. XD)

I do hope you enjoy the whole thing, now!
