Well, yesterday was a very lazy day at work today so afterwards I headed into town to pay my fines. Turns out that if I pay the ticket now I lose my license for 2 months. The good news is that apparently I'm able to go for my class 5 license on the original date it was set on which is May 16, I thought my go-cart ticket would have pushed that date
