For me, New Years Resolutions are out of the question. Since I missed the countdown by not waking up in time, I've been thinking about myself and how I treat my body physically and mentally. I can't set big long goals for myself. I realized, I need to take one day at a time because I otherwise overwhelme myself with too much.
I know what I need to do to make myself physically and mentally feel better, but if I set ALL of those goals on a peice of paper on the first day of the year, they will eventually fade away to nothing. By the end of the year, I'll think (as I usually do) "Wow, this year could have been a lot better"

All that was probably a little confusing, so here's what I'm basically trying to say: One day at a time, don't push myself, but don't slack either.

The end.
