I can take lunch pretty much whenever I want, but usually go around 1 or so. Tuesdays I actually get done with school in St. Paul at 12:50, so we could meet for a quick bite around 1:30 if that works for you. Let me know because I need some Erin time!
My lunch schedule is pretty easy to remember: M-F 11:45 - 1:20ish
I have class M-Th at 1:30, so I need to be back in my building by 1:25 or so. Occasionally I'll have a meeting over lunch (maybe 3 times a month) but we can definitely plan around those.
Fridays get a little strange cause I have off-campus visits and meetings and sometimes I have nothing - so those can be pretty flexible.
You're like, across the street from me! I'm so excited to have lunch with you soon! Next week isn't looking good because we're starting some meetings and getting a couple clubs up and running, but the week after would be great. :)
