Hi dear,

The dress is made of cotton.
As for PTP model didnt need a tube for it. Straps are adjustable to fit how high/low you would like to dress to be.

Because the back of the pants is smock, it fits all sizes.

If u are a uk 10 we think u will fit but if u are a uk 12 we dont think so.
