All I can say is that i had a problem cutting my junior year. I guess tryihng to break the habit yourself is pretty hard. I would recomment talking to a counselor.

i do the same thing with my alarm clock....so i turned it to full blast and moved it across my room so i have to get up. i then set my cell phone alarm for 5 minutes after my regular alarm clock and move that far enough so that just in case i get back into bed after the first alarm i also have to get up to turn that one off too...its complicated...BUT IT WORKS!
and as for motivation...just focus on the next thing you have...the next hmkw assignment due, the next midterm etc. like as if thats going to be your final grade in the class, i find that breaking things down makes it easier to stay motivated than trying to stay motivated for a "successful future" or even an entire semester.

it's a big problem!
my alarm start at 06.45am and i wake up at 7.25 every morning! :(
maybe cause i study everynight untill 01.00am!
I HAVE A BIG IDEA!!!
Call me when u go to bed....at 10.30pm (07.30am here in italy) and i call u at 15.30pm (06.30am there)!
what do u think?

I do the same thing as maria...but I also find that organization is really really helpful that way whenever I finish one thing i can highlight it in my planner so I feel like i am that much closer to connecting the little things with the big picture...but yeah i dunno
