Does anyone know if a mild case of sunburn can cause acne?

I'm just wondering because I noticed a reasonable breakout on my shoulders and bottom of neck that just came within the past 24-48 hrs.
And because of work, I have been outside for more than the recommend amount of hours this week without sunblock. lol.
