You're a tough one, and this is a first impression... But based upon it, I'm going to go with Slytherin, because of how you state your opinions--your style is much more Slytherin than it is Ravenclaw.

Interesting that you see Umbridge as accepting what the Ministry does without question, I see her more as willfully perpetrating it's actions.

You were tough to sort, I reread this several times. Ultimately, I'm going to say Slytherin. You have a lot of determination and ambition, and though you seem very intelligent within your answers, those qualities particularly stand out the most to me.
