What a splendid fic! Your description truly sets the scene; I can smell all the delicious scents and see everything so clearly. I love Tuck and Twiggy, Uncle Robert (who is a hero for his "politics" and his kindness), the origin of Stinking Bishop, the period details (and little things like Gordy's ghost being helpful), but most of all, I love the unusual friendship between Taog and Twiggy!

This is delightful. Oh, the description of the pie! Yum.

I love the sly Hufflepuff and his friendship with Twiggy. I also enjoyed the hints of who he'd later become :D

Thank you for sharing ♥

I really enjoyed this fic. The OCs fit the HP universe so well, and your descriptions. . .I want pear tart NOW. And cheese.

whenever a dish was too hot, the elves cooled it down by passing the pan through Gordy's spectral frame, which he clearly enjoyed.
Great magical detail.

I love this! You've wound together the history of our house with English culinary lore, the legend of Robin Hood, and given us a subtle and wily Friar, and the certainty that Hufflepuffs eat best!

Hee! Thank you, Dicky. I'll tell you the truth, you've made me love Hufflepuff (I'm a crazy Ravenclaw through and through).
