When Draco finally arrived at the Great Hall, he was surprised to see it as crowded as it was. In the fury he was currently dorwning in, Draco didn't even bother to glance at anyone as he sat himself at the Slytherin table. He could not see out of Draco's eyes, not yet at any rate, but he knew they were in the Great Hall. Where else do the students go in the morning but to breakfast? It wasn't exactly a stunning leap of logic.
The touch of Draco was welcome, for the boy was his current owner after all, and the power coursed through him quite nicely. Another was getting closer though. Another whom Draco threw off himself and while he did not do so magically, 'Rafe' quite liked the feel of it.

He couldn't help but chuckle before tilting his head back to Parkinson, eyebrows lifted quizzically. "What was that, Pansy? I wasn't paying attention." This was a Malfoy, after all. Even in Tom's own time, he had dealings with that particular clan of Purebloods. They were as connected as they were affluent and it would surprise him muchly if Draco did not have Slytherin house wrapped around his finger.
We are in Hogwarts, aren't we? There will be classes soon from what I recall. Tell me then, has the Chamber been re-opened?
It wasn't a subtle question at all on the outside. The horcrux had claimed to be Salazar's so it would make sense that it would know about the chamber. Yet, what the horcrux was truly after was the fate of his first brother. He had been created as the third and the fates of the other two mattered to him in knowing just how things were to go. If he had to expect his original self to join him or if he had to wait all the longer until his first two brothers had run their course.

There was so much that ran in Daphne's head that she almost missed the entrace to the Great Hall. It was unlike the girl to have countless of thoughts clouding the mind. Lately there was more and more things to grasp on. Daphne tried to shrug it off and joined her mates for what was left of breakfast.
"Good morning Draco, Pansy." She smiled and began to spread raspberry jam to her toast. Daphne did not bother to say anything else but started to eat.
