ASDFGHJK I CAN'T DECIDE! I have whole notebooks dedicated to quotes & etc...
People think dreams aren’t real just because they aren’t made of matter, of particles. Dreams are real. But they are made of viewpoints, of images, of memories and puns and lost hopes. - Neil Gaiman

PERSONAL QUESTIONS
Which character from Harry Potter, DISCLUDING the obvious answer of Harry, would you say you most admire and why?:
(TBH, I don't admire Harry =P)
I can't really decide. All the characters have aspects to them I very much admire, as well as traits that really irk me. I definitely admire Luna for her unabashed individuality, but in all honesty, I don't like her complete irrationality, and don't believe I would get along with her at all. Snape has my respect for being capable enough to pull off a quadruple agent deception for so long, but that's not an excuse for his everyday treatment of students like Neville. I adore Fred and George, but... admiration... not really.

tl;dr: I don't know D=

Which Hogwarts subjects would you be best and worst at - or otherwise like and dislike most?:
I've got to agree with Hermione here: doing Muggle Studies from a wizarding point of view would be fascinating. I'm not one for a completely people-oriented job, though, so my interest would probably lie in that and a subject which would help me eventually figure out a way to allow both Muggle and wizarding technology to function together. Charms?
Defense Against the Dark Arts strikes me as quite a useless subject during peacetime, and if I can't see a point in something I tend to put minimum effort in it.

Which house would you WANT to be in, or which do you have most respect for and why?:
(I find the wording of this question highly amusing, as the reason I most admire Hufflepuff is that I think the traits that it embodies are also traits I really need to work on. I associate them with grounded pragmatism, a work ethic, honesty, patience and selflessness, and me... welllllll. My head is just about permanently in the clouds, and I won't consider myself above a little rule-bending here and there to speed things up a bit... XDDD

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?:
I wouldn't. Not to get all cheesy about it, but my negative traits are the flip side of the coin of my positive traits. For example, I believe it's my passion for life that makes me occasionally impatient, my unbridled optimism that makes it hard for me to sympathize with people who are upset, my desire for knowledge that gets me so riled up at ignorance... I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea ;D

If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?:
Wilful ignorance. It's one thing to be deprived of opportunities to gain knowledge, and quite another to be proud of ignorance.

How much use would magic have in your current everyday life?:
Noooo! Sure, for the first week or so Accio would be handy, and I'd like to see how my Patronus looks like and all that, but after the novelty's worn off, I'm not sure how long I could clamp down on the little voice that'll be dropping utterly un-subtle hints about how useful the Imperius curse would be in saving me a couple of hours of studying to get that A in that subject I really don't care for... in earning me a couple billion more dollars...

If you had one day left to live, what would you do?:
Nothing really unusual... probably write letters to my friends and family, play with my dogs, reread my favourite books, ask for a home-cooked meal...

Tell us three random things about yourself:
I was born a left-hander but learnt to write with my right (partially because I was forced into it, and partially because I found it more convenient), and it stuck.
I was born into a Christian family and have since drifted towards atheism.
I'm Asian.

THIS OR THAT QUESTIONS

Realism or Idealism?: I'd like to think I'm a blend of both. It depends on the situation.
Optimism or Pessimism?: SUNSHINE, FLOWERS, CAPSLOCK & DASCHUNDS XDDD
Order or Flexibility?: Those who know me in real life will probably spew water at the computer at this, but I'm going with Order. My room's organized in just about the most practical and most labor-saving and all-around-most-awesome order I know: the more frequently used stuff at the top of the piles. Uh. What!! XDD
Planning or Spontaneity?: Spontaneity.
Goals or Dreams?: Dreams
Practical or Abstract?: Abstract
The Individual or The Collective?: the Individual
Standing your ground or Surrendering?: Pick your fights, I say
Lover or Fighter?: Both :)
Impulsive or Cautious?: Impulsive
Mature or Immature?: Again, it depends on the situation. While I can be all ~Team Leader and ~Club President at times, I don't think I'll ever grow out of dancing to Hannah Montana =D

SITUATIONAL / IN-STORY QUESTIONS

Would you hex someone who was bothering you there and then?:
If it was some lost first-year, of course not, but if it's someone whom I've seen around and probably occasionally exchanged a word or two with, sure! I'll make sure I know how to fix it and that they know it's all in good fun, though :)

What do you see in the Mirror of Erised?:
Honestly, I don't know. What I think I want most is to enjoy life to the utmost, but if I really did I wouldn't be standing in front of a piece of framed glass now, would I? The thing would probably shatter, lolol.

What special wizarding power - i.e. Animagi, Metamorphagi, being a Seer - would you want to have?:
I'd like to know what my animagus form would be, yeah! I don't know if this qualifies as an answer, but I'm quite the klutz in real life, so I'd like to be good at Quidditch :) Chasing and even Beating over Seeking, I think.

In what situation would you use an Unforgivable curse?:
(Note to mods: Unforgivable's spelt wrongly!)
If I was very sure I wouldn't be found out.

Be honest - if you were in the wizarding community, what view would you take on blood heritage? (If you don't know, perhaps put your current views of class and the like into context):
It wouldn't matter to me. In fact, I think that whatever my own lineage, I'd be more likely to hit it off with the Muggle-borns - if I were one myself, I'd definitely find comfort with a couple of other wide-eyed newbies XDDD and if I weren't, I believe I'd want to get to know this mysterious yet curiously quirky other world through them.

Imagine the Death Eaters come to your house, you being the head of an average wizarding family. They say join them, or otherwise give them ONE member of the family. What do you choose to do? What action perhaps would you take after making this decision?
Decide here, on the spot? What? Whaaa - DDD= ... in all likelihood, I'd probably freak out. Why didn't I see this coming? Why me?? and all that. I wouldn't mind fighting them to the death, but there's my family to care for. Throwing one of my kids to the dogs is most decidedly out of the question, though. Okay. If I didn't have any backup plans I take it that I wasn't involved in any resistance movement, so I'll try to persuade them to give me a couple of days to sort out my affairs. I know it's quite unlikely that they'll agree to that - my point in doing that was to stall for time, in hopes that the rest of the family will catch wind of what's going on, and escape, or at least not be caught completely unawares. Then, yes, if they insist, I'll have no choice but to duel them. At least I have the hope that those in the books were really rather daft... XDDD

Colin Creevey has been following you around all day, trying to get you to teach him a new secret spell he saw you do that he thought was cool. What do you do?:
Get steadily more and more annoyed, which, believe me, will be very obvious to anyone with a higher EQ than, well, a teaspoon. Honestly, I never liked the kid. I'll probably shove him a list of a couple of the thickest books in the library and tell him that what he needs to know is all in there, and then run up to my dorm.

Would you rather be attacking up close and personal, hiding far off using a type of long range attacks, or not on the battle field at all?:
Observing it all. Noticing who's winning, who's using what tactics, who's running away...

FINAL QUESTIONS

If you could become any character from the series for one day - 24 hours - who would it be?:
Probably Fawkes - pre-DD's death, I'd have liked a glimpse into how Dumbledore was like alone, and I've always been curious as to where he went after he left Hogwarts. If by 'character' you mean 'human,' though, then probably Lee Jordan. Twiiiiins =D

If you were given the chance to permanently become part of the HP-verse (as "yourself"), would you take it?:
Not as a Squib DDD= but otherwise, sure!
