~I'm going to approach this as though I don't know you in real life, because that might influence my review.~
You know, this application was really hard to analyse, and I really don't want to go with the 'everyone who doesn't fit into Slyth, Gryff or Rave gets shoved into Hufflepuff' approach. I saw some Slytherin, but not really enough to push my vote in that direction.
So, that leaves me with Ravenclaw and Gryffindor.
I’d say Ravenclaws would decide to tackle problems using knowledge and logic rather than instinct and feeling....whereas in your 'Death Eater' answer you described that you'd probably do something stupid without thinking (I.e instinct).
That answer steers me away from Ravenclaw and over to Gryffindor; who are most definitely known for rushing into things without fully thinking it through. Not only that, but the general laid-back, courageous approach in some of your answers really oozed red and gold waves.
when i read this, it practically screamed Gryffindor. it shows particularly in the "this or that" section. bravery and energy (you said you were lazy, but i'm assuming that you just don't like to do work) are rampant. :)
YOu want me to be completely honest babygirl? Slytherin. A little quick to fight, a little bit of a temper. But on the brightside, you do own a Ibanez guitar. Pretty fookin' sweet. CONGRATS!

Also, I think you need to go through and unbold some of your answers; it makes it difficult for people to read. =S

So, I would say: Gryffindor!

Nerve doesn't appear to be something you lack. Certainly not.
And you'd rather be involved in the action, such as on the battlefield.
Plus I see a recurring theme in the This or That questions -Spontaneity, Standing your ground, Fighter, Impulsive - and that theme is Gryffindor!
